About
Meet Kimberly Munoz.
Kim founded Ectivi Practice Partners on a simple premise: most
practices are paying for technology they only half-use. Better-tuned
EHR templates, smarter billing workflows, automated patient
communication, and clean reporting can move the needle on revenue
and margin without adding headcount — and that's where Kim works.
She brings dedicated technical depth to practices that don't have
a full-time tech lead, partnering alongside the office staff
already in place.
Kim holds a Bachelor of Arts from Dartmouth College and a Master
of Education in Technology, is pursuing certification in medical
billing and coding, and brings hands-on experience with EHR
implementation, clearinghouse setup, and workflow automation.
Before founding Ectivi Practice Partners, she spent her career as an
educator — a background that shapes how she works alongside
existing staff: clear communication, no jargon, and a commitment
to leaving every team more capable than she found them.
- Technology that drives profit — automation, integrations, and reporting that turn existing systems into revenue.
- Certified billing & coding — credential-backed claims, denials, and appeals work.
- Technology fluency — EHR, PM, and clearinghouse expertise that complements your existing team.
- Educator background — Dartmouth BA + M.Ed. in Technology; staff leave every engagement more capable.
