About
Meet Nina.
Nina has spent more than 40 years in medical practice management — starting
in neurology billing in the 1980s, building to a 20-year tenure as practice
administrator at a three-doctor, three-location ophthalmology group, and
going on to run an independent consulting practice that has served physicians
across the Bay Area for the last decade. Her work covers the full
operation of a medical office, not just the billing function.
She treats payment posting as diagnostic intelligence. By reading the
patterns in posting data, she surfaces coding errors, missing modifiers,
and scheduling bottlenecks that most practices never see. That same
analytical lens applies across bookkeeping, EMR transitions, HR and
payroll, and staff development — making every engagement a practice-wide
improvement, not a line-item fix.
- 40+ years in the field — neurology, ophthalmology, cardiology, internal medicine, functional medicine, and primary care.
- Revenue integrity focus — billing, coding, and posting managed as a single analytical system.
- Financial oversight depth — bookkeeping, QuickBooks, embezzlement prevention, and productivity analysis.
- Staff mentorship — hands-on training and facilitation that leaves staff more capable.
